 Join our cause at Bags4Kids and help us continue to comfort these kids at this stressful time in their lives. Our organization reaches out to foster children across California. However, we do our best to help any child in need.

How You Can Help

Financial Donations

As a nonprofit, Bags4Kids adheres to strict guidelines and accounts for every dime being donated to our organization. Monetary donations in any amount are much appreciated not just by our team, but also by the children that we help.

Your contributions will be used to purchase supplies that will go into the "comfort bags" we give to displaced children. When you give to Bags4Kids, we will provide you with our nonprofit tax ID number for your records.

Donations can be made online, or you can make your check payable to Bags4Kids, P.O. Box 2234 California City, 93504. While packages and item donations can be mailed to our office at 10701 Applewood Drive, California City, California 93505

Donate a Bag

We give new or gently used backpacks, duffel bags, and baby bags of all colors and sizes to children who have been displaced. Please help us collect bags or have a collection drive of the items we need daily to fill the bags. You can host efforts as a school, office, church, or scout project.

Donate Personal Items

Bags4Kids accepts personal items for babies, children, and teens. We create comfort bags for kids that include the things you donate. Please look over our list of things that you can give.

Donate a Prom Dress

We accept donated prom dresses in any size, color, and style year-round. These new or gently worn dresses will be given to any girl who cannot afford one. We do this because all girls love to be pretty.

Donate School Supplies

Going to a new school can be tough for children in foster care. That is why we accept school supply donations to help these kids start school without worrying if they have enough materials.
